Actis Furio is a specialized firm in manufacturing perforated steel plates.

Its catalogue offers a large section of items : perforated steel plates, indented plates, stretched plates , metallic nets and wire clothes.

Any metal piece with a hole could be defined perforated plate, but what we show such this it’a a punched steel plate with regular perforation that it can be of various kinds:

• at 45° the disposition of the holes is at 45 °. This perforation is an exceptional use so perforators haven’t much standard tools of this kind.
  
• at 60° the disposition of the holes is at 60° . This disposition (also said quinconce) is the most common because it combines high rigidity of the sheet with fair ratio empty on full. In the absence of specific requirements the perforation is performed like this.
  
• At 90° the holes are set on parallel rows. This disposition is required for display panels , shop furnishing and sometimes as decoration (radio-devices front or similary anyway it’s commom disposition.

The material usually perforated are:

Stainless steel;

Non ferrous metals as aluminium,brass , copper etc;

Others such as plastic (propylene etc).
